1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using any service provided by Explorer Limo Pte. Ltd. (“the Company”), you (“the Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking and Confirmation

  • Booking Requirement: All services must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or approved booking channels.

  • Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed upon the Client’s receipt of a written confirmation (email or SMS) from the Company, detailing the date, time, vehicle, service type, and total fare.

  • Accuracy of Information: The Client is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all booking details, including but not limited to, pickup/drop-off locations, dates, times, and flight numbers. The Company is not liable for issues arising from incorrect information provided by the Client.

3. Fares and Payment

  • Quoted Fares: All fares are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated and include the vehicle, chauffeur, fuel, toll charges, and Electronic Road Pricing (ERP) unless explicitly excluded.

  • Payment: Full payment or a required deposit (as specified at the time of booking) must be received to confirm the reservation. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

  • Surcharges: Additional surcharges may apply for specific circumstances, including but not limited to:

    • Public holidays or late-night services (typically 23:00 to 07:00).

    • Requests for child safety seats.

    • Excessive cleaning required due to misuse of the vehicle (see Section 6).

4. Cancellation and Modification Policy

  • Standard Cancellation:

    • Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours but more than 4 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total fare.

    • Cancellations made 4 hours or less prior to the scheduled pickup time, or a “No-Show,” will incur a 100% cancellation fee (no refund).

  • Modifications: Changes to the booking date, time, or location must be requested via phone or email. Changes are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.

  • No-Show Policy: If the Client fails to show up at the designated pickup location and has not contacted the Company within the specified waiting time (see Section 5), the service will be considered a “No-Show” and the full fare will be charged.

5. Waiting Time Policy

  • Airport Transfers (Arrivals): The Company provides a complimentary waiting time of 60 minutes from the flight’s official landing time. After 60 minutes, waiting time will be charged in 15-minute increments at the prevailing hourly rate.

  • Point-to-Point and Hourly Services: The Company provides a complimentary waiting time of 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. After 15 minutes, waiting time will be charged in 15-minute increments at the prevailing hourly rate.

6. Client Conduct and Vehicle Usage

  • Safety: For the safety of the Client and the chauffeur, the Company reserves the right to refuse service to any person who is intoxicated, abusive, or poses a risk to the chauffeur or vehicle.

  • Smoking/Vaping: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. A cleaning fee (minimum USD 200) will be charged for violations.

  • Damage/Spills: The Client will be held responsible for any damage to the vehicle or excessive mess/spills caused by the Client or their party. A repair/cleaning fee will be charged to the Client’s card.

7. Baggage and Cargo

  • The Client must inform the Company if the amount of luggage exceeds the vehicle’s capacity. The Company reserves the right to refuse any luggage that poses a safety hazard or cannot be securely fitted into the vehicle.

  • The Company is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or misplaced personal belongings or luggage.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company makes every effort to adhere to scheduled times. However, it is not liable for delays or missed connections caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to traffic congestion, extreme weather, accidents, or force majeure events.

  • The Company’s liability for any confirmed loss or damage shall be limited to the total fare paid by the Client for the specific service in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Singapore’s Law. Any disputes will be handed exclusively by the Singapore Courts.
